Parking fees are absurdly high, no clear coffee space away from panhandlers!!! The wake-up call service was non-existent, which is quite disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Clean, friendly staff, clean room — the cleanliness was excellent all-around, and I appreciated the convenient location right off the interstate with plenty of entertainment options nearby.

We loved our stay at this hotel, especially exploring the area around Peachtree St NE and Ponce de Leon Ave, right across from the historic Fox Theatre. The vibe was fantastic, and with 5 adult children, we made some great memories together!

My wife says that the check-in process could have been smoother, particularly with large families. It would be great if there were clearer communications about amenities for groups.

Stayed in a Double Queen Room and it was super clean and comfy. The location is a major plus, just steps away from the Fox Theatre. Not a massive room, but it had everything we needed. The staff was really friendly, which added to the vibe. No complaints here!
