Absolutely loved my stay! The breathtaking views from my room were unforgettable, and the breakfast was delicious, even if I expected a full spread. The vibrant bar with live music made the evenings special.

Parking fees increased total cost unexpectedly.

cleanliness, excellent people watching, proximity to Fox Theatre
Parking fees are absurdly high, no clear coffee space away from panhandlers!!! The wake-up call service was non-existent, which is quite disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Clean, friendly staff, clean room — the cleanliness was excellent all-around, and I appreciated the convenient location right off the interstate with plenty of entertainment options nearby.

We loved our stay at this hotel, especially exploring the area around Peachtree St NE and Ponce de Leon Ave, right across from the historic Fox Theatre. The vibe was fantastic, and with 5 adult children, we made some great memories together!
My wife says that the check-in process could have been smoother, particularly with large families. It would be great if there were clearer communications about amenities for groups.

great location with some room for improvement
The location is fantastic, near many restaurants and entertainment options. Cleanliness in the room exceeded my expectations, making my stay comfortable. Some staff demonstrated a friendly attitude, enhancing my overall experience as a solo traveler.
However, clearer information regarding parking fees would improve the guest experience.

missingWrote a review on Jun 16parking costdining options
Upon arrival, the parking costs weren't clearly explained, leading to a bit of confusion. We also dined at The Ponce Room, and while the food was enjoyable, the menu didn't match what we had seen online, which left us wanting more options. Overall, it felt like there weren't enough dining choices at the hotel itself.

Stayed in a Double Queen Room and it was super clean and comfy. The location is a major plus, just steps away from the Fox Theatre. Not a massive room, but it had everything we needed. The staff was really friendly, which added to the vibe. No complaints here!

Family with children loved it!
When we booked this place, I was promised breakfast, and it did not disappoint! The staff was great about helping us with local recommendations when we wanted to explore, those were real diamonds in the rough.
It wasn’t cheap, but reasonably priced for what we got.
